The Man-eating tree (人喰いツリー Hitokui tsurī) was a carnivorous plant that caught Ryu and Ran while they were traveling through the jungle, luckily the Kasta Tribe arrived and rescued them by killing the vine with fire.

- The tree resembles a triffid from the novel The Day of the Triffids, which also stars fictional man-eating plants.
